Are you a communications professional, someone from a corporate background, who has transformation and change experience?
Someone who would love to work for a great charity and enjoys coming up with new, different and creative campaigns that get your internal audiences’ attention? If so, we’d like to hear from you.
We’re looking for an internal communications expert who will lead internal campaigns and initiatives that drive greater engagement, so that staff and volunteers within this charity are involved in key activities and inspired by them. You’ll also be responsible for business partnering a portfolio of clients from the inception of projects through to delivery.
- Support on the delivery of the internal communications strategy, which includes a programme of events and key engagement initiatives.
- You will adapt existing channels and create new ways of engaging staff to support behavioural change and restructuring programmes.
- You will bring energy, dynamism, and a robust approach to help the team get things done quickly.
- You must be a great writer with an ability to creatively tweak messaging across a large, disparate audience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate professional to work for a major national charity. You will be involved in helping shape communications internally, at a critical time for the organisation.
