Claire successfully (and quickly) filled our interim role of Policy Coordinator and was a pleasure to work with throughout. She listened and understood our brief, providing a well matched shortlist with useful summary notes for each candidate. Not only did she demonstrate an understanding of the role requirements, but also of the culture-fit which is essential in a business like ours. I would recommend Claire as a thoughtful, honest and efficient recruitment professional who really understands her client’s needs.

TheCityUk, a membership body that champions the UK-based financial and related professional services industry needed to recruit a Policy Coordinator to be part of a busy team and help with drafting documentation, pulling together presentations as well as coordinating event bookings for conferences.
The successful candidate, Hannah, was referred to Claire by an existing candidate of Ellwood Atfield. After a one stage interview, Hannah was offered a 3 month contract. A couple of months later, TheCityUK were so impressed with her that they extended the contract until September 2016, and have since offered Hannah the job on a permanent basis.
It’s been a pleasure working with TheCityUK, helping recruit key members into their team, and we wish Hannah all the best in her new role.
Claire is a fantastic asset to Ellwood Atfield. She helped me a secure a new job and essentially a new life in London. Claire is a caring, thoughtful and an insightful person to work with and I can’t thank her enough for putting me forward for an interim job that has now turned permanent. Claire keeps close contact with her clients and gives great advice. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.”
