Come and join us for an evening drinks reception to launch ‘The Changing Face of Internal Communications’ report, researched by Ellwood Atfield and ComRes.
Just under 100 senior internal communications professionals shared their views about how the role of internal communications is perceived now and how they see it evolving. We will discuss the key trends that will be affecting practitioners, both in terms of challenging them and offering potential solutions.
The survey findings
The survey findings show that while there is a clear desire for internal communications professionals to align firmly with the strategic goals of organisations, there are a number of cultural and practical barriers to achieving this goal in the reality of the day-to-day role. How are these best overcome? What strategies are already in place that we can learn from and what is the role of social media in the workplace to help achieve goals?
When : Tuesday 31st January 2017, 18.30-20.30 (arrivals from 18.00)
